I myself and my family have always purchased vehicles through Fernando Ford. This will be my last purchase at this dealership. I purchased to use vehicle in January. I purchased a vehicle with a remote s through Fernando Ford. This will be my last purchase at this dealership. I purchased to use vehicle in January. I purchased a vehicle with a remote start it was advertised with a remote start on Carfax, I was also told by my salesman it had a remote start. The vehicle was running when I went for my test drive, both times. I purchased this vehicle on a Friday. Saturday morning I went to start the car nothing. I was in contact with my salesman he told me to bring it in on Monday I did. One of the mechanics looked at my car and sent me to enormous in Erie. The car starter had been cut it was totally disconnected. Enormous did call Ferandos, with no call back. I had a new car starter put in. I asked the dealership to pay for half of the cost of the car starter. I took a receipt in and gave it to my salesman. No call back for several days. I was told I got the best deal. So he was sorry but if I was to get any money back it would come out of his pocket!!I asked him to go back to Dana and again tell him that this was wrong. I still have not heard back from the dealership.. very disappointed in this establishment, especially when myself and family have been going there for many ,many years . I can say this will be my last purchase from Fernando Ford. More
