I was up front about the fact that because the vehicle I needed serviced was old, I wasn't sure I would complete service on it, depending on what the cost would be. I was quoted a very reasonable estimate to diagnose the problem. I was kept informed throughout the day as to what was happening with my vehicle. After a very thorough inspection, it was determined that the necessary repair was more than I was willing to spend. My car was able to be driven off the lot, which I was not sure would happen. I was charged the original amount quoted, and I was VERY satisfied with the entire experience. Dane was outstanding! You have earned a loyal customer from this experience! More
