I was sold a bad truck that was supposed to be GMC certified. When I contacted the dealership I received no help even with my warranty. They never had loaners but always had a 2 week minimum for them certified. When I contacted the dealership I received no help even with my warranty. They never had loaners but always had a 2 week minimum for them to look at your vehicle. I was expected to be without a vehicle for at least 2 weeks just so they can look at and determine the problem. This is not including the time it would’ve took to repair the vehicle. Every time I brought my truck in with a problem they told me the system wasn’t picking up a code. The code magically came up when my warranty was expired. I had the worst experience ever. I bought my truck in to get the tire sensors repaired they went out again and still have not been repaired by GMC. I contacted the managers countless of times I received one call back with an awful attitude and him shouting on the other side of the phone. The only employee that helped me as best she could was ms. Danette in the service department. I bought the truck trusting Mr. Kenny’s word. I shouldn’t have. The truck was sold to me with a cigarette burn on the seat and a crack in the windshield. He didn’t even contact me to tell me my license plate was in, told me he had a bad number then proceeded to call my good number out to me. I was told I can bring it back to get it repaired. That was an awful experience. I was offered a trade in for something smaller than what I have. My experience overall was terrible. More

Purchased my Sierra in 2022 from Crown Buick GMC and they are the ONLY Service Department that I had ever serviced my truck. I drive 50 miles one way to have my truck serviced by them.
