Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had service was terrible car was not repaired complained and got no call Banks paid $1700 for nothing again I can’t imagine anything being worse More

I was told when I bought my Escape that there would be a lifetime warranty on my engine and drivetrain. My torque converter went bad at 65000 miles and I had to pay over $6000 More
