I sent and email and left a voicemail for your GM prior to even picking up my car, so if resolving this issue was a priority it would have happened by now. Additionally, you guys kept a part that I had a core deposit on from another dealership. So not only did you provide me with any compensation, you also stopped me from collecting on my deposit.
