Not professional as well as quality of service has gone down Service not up to par. They service one thing and break something else and then when I tell them the issue I was told that it would take around down Service not up to par. They service one thing and break something else and then when I tell them the issue I was told that it would take around 2 hrs for someone to look. When I escalated it and raised my voice, they got it checked and told me that my rotor has issue. When I asked why it was not mentioned in 90 points inspection they had no answer. Another thing was I got the windshield blades related by Lou sounh , I told them it is not cleaning they told me the entire part needs to be replaced. I agreed but still has same issue. It feels that now service is not loyal or honest to customers and they want to mint money anyway possible. Lousoubh sends coupons but service ppl never honor or find some excuses not to use it. This was not the lousoubh I used to get my car service. I had bought around 5 cars from them and always got service from them but last couple of services it feels like quality has gone down and more of a cheap shop More

Very quick service and when I questioned about my free oil changes after I was charged, the service manager and Daniel fixed it immediately. Was very satisfied.
