I just had some additional work done. They fixed my issue quickly and noticed my marker light being out and fixed that as well at no additional cost or service time. This is the third time I have brought my vehicle in for service. The first two they never did, even though I left my vehicle for over 24 hours. This last time they did an oil change and “inspected” the veh service. The first two they never did, even though I left my vehicle for over 24 hours. This last time they did an oil change and “inspected” the vehicle which consisted of checking the mileage to see what needed done. My vehicle came back with a horrible rattle and nothing actually checked except the oil was changed. After not serving my car for 1.5 hours after my appointment time I am very disappointed with this dealership and wish I had not purchased their service packet. More
