I applied for a vehicle loan thru my credit union so I knew what I could afford and what my monthly payments would be. I was able to use this information and found I could purchase my first brand new car. The sales staff I worked with were knowledgeable and friendly,and the whole experience was painless. I was in the dealership less than 1 and a half and was driving my new car home. If you are looking to buy new or used I would recommend Tynans. More

Awful customer service I purchased my car in November. I had to have a part on my seatbelt fixed. When I called I was told that they were so busy, and instead if them wor I purchased my car in November. I had to have a part on my seatbelt fixed. When I called I was told that they were so busy, and instead if them working with me, they told me to take my car to another dealership. I contacted several people, no one returned my call, so I then contacted my sales person. If it wouldn't have been for him, I would still be fighting with service. So disappointed. Customer service is the worst. If I did have known, I would have thought twice before purchasing my car there. More
