Bought my car. Just got out of warranty and what do you know wheel bearing needs replaced. Made the complaint months ago. Asked for inspection and they didn’t fill up fluids even though I told him before I dropped vehicle off that it was low on fluids. When I asked him why they didn’t he said I don’t know maybe they forgot. He said to bring it back and I told him I didn’t have time and he said well bring it back when you maybe have some time. I also told him about the noise my wheel was making and he told me he didn’t hear anything wrong but the car is so loud I feel like I have to turn my stereo up to the max to hear it over the tires and he made sure to tell me I would need new tires but they had an uneven wear pattern. Probably from the wheel bearing that was making that terrible noise. Used to love this dealership and bought my Toyota from here and always had it serviced here but I am very dissatisfied this past year and don't know if I want to come back More

I appreciate how easy it was to get an appointment to follow up with the diagnostic on the oil leaking in my RAV4. $41 "surcharge" for the privilege of using a credit card. This alone is reason enough to never come back. I drive 30 miles to get to Fort's. Driving double the miles to another dealership will not be a problem for me. $1100 for new tires, but I had to go to Walmart to buy my own valve caps. You know, you could have reused my old valve caps instead of throwing them in the garbage. Was promised a $100 mail-in rebate for the tire. Never got the information on how to get that. More
