This man was smooth. 😏 Great communication, kept me updated, handled everything, and somehow made dealing with a burnt-out window motor feel almost… enjoyable. Morgan had my EV6 taken care of and back where she belongs without the usual service-department headache. Professional? Absolutely. Easy to work with? 100%. Would I trust him with my EV6 again? A little bit disappointed in mechanics, knowledge of how much oil to use in my new Kia Sportage then they put a zip tie on it so I couldn’t check my own oil in my own car. The workers were very nice, I greatly appreciated the complimentary car wash and that they cleaned out the inside as well. They were fast and efficient!
