This man was smooth. 😏 Great communication, kept me updated, handled everything, and somehow made dealing with a burnt-out window motor feel almost… enjoyable. Morgan had my EV6 taken care of and back where she belongs without the usual service-department headache. Professional? Absolutely. Easy to work with? 100%. Would I trust him with my EV6 again? Take the keys, Morgan. 🔑🔥 Five stars isn’t enough. Morgan gets 7/5 and a firm handshake that lasts just slightly too long. If you’re taking your Kia in for service, ask for Morgan Keeten. The man knows how to treat you right. More

The workers were very nice, I greatly appreciated the complimentary car wash and that they cleaned out the inside as well. They were fast and efficient! My only complaint is that it was slightly confusin complimentary car wash and that they cleaned out the inside as well. They were fast and efficient! My only complaint is that it was slightly confusing where I was supposed to go when I first arrived and there is no parking so going inside to ask for clarification isn’t really an option. More
