Corwin Ford has to be the worst dealership in the country! They do not know what they are doing in the sales department or in the Quick Lane and their lack of knowledge always get passed onto the cus country! Have them go through all paperwork with you before signing, not as you go. They would not remove tracking device that they made me pay $400 for. Wanted to set up financing themselves anyways. They get aggressively opinionated when you start asking too many questions while signing the 20 sum odd page contract. For making me wait at a cubical for over 2 hours, they sure rushed that contract signing. Will not be recommending working with Corwin Ford of Tri Cities to any of my friends or family. Should have got to Archibalds. More

Truck was not well washed. I pulled a bunch of dried mud from behind the rear bumper once I got home. Also noticed a crack in one of the taillight housings that I was not told about and didn’t see until after purchase was complete. Fabian, the salesperson trying to sell the extended warranties was atrocious, sleazy and your typically pushy salesman. I learned afterwards due to my state’s local laws they aren’t even allowed to sell me a warranty because they were an out of state dealership. Good thing I declined or it would have been a hassle to get a refund. More
