Needed a newer car I came to Liberty looking for a Subaru to replace my old Jeep. I had stopped by several times to look at the used inventory that was available but not I came to Liberty looking for a Subaru to replace my old Jeep. I had stopped by several times to look at the used inventory that was available but nothing quite fit the bill. Then Dan Rovelli called me telling me he had one he thought would fit. I came in to look at it and it was perfect. He was friendly and willing to let me think about the purchase for a while. I would highly recommend Liberty to anyone looking for a new or used Subaru. More

SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! DO NOT DEAL with this dealership! They are SCAMMERS. I wanted to trade in a car and agreed to the trade in value. We also negotiated to a price on the DO NOT DEAL with this dealership! They are SCAMMERS. I wanted to trade in a car and agreed to the trade in value. We also negotiated to a price on their 2016 STI. I wanted to put a deposit down and the sales rep tells me APR is 5% before running the credit app. I made him run it and he tells me it’s 5% even though credit is 820! Called chase, they never inquired about credit! When I called them out on it, they never replied. In two days Sales manager DAN gets back to me. He gives me the right % on the APR, but Guess what? He drops the value of my trade in $3000! Claims “we have to make money” and “we have the right to mark up APR as well. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. I own a aftermarket parts store and I am straying ALL my customers from them. They will scam you in every way possible. SHADIEST DEALERSHIP EVER More

Too Good to be True You always hear those stories of how terrible an experience is when buying a car. You picture every scenario of each conversation that might possibly You always hear those stories of how terrible an experience is when buying a car. You picture every scenario of each conversation that might possibly go down, get yourself worked up, and have a presumption that the dealership is out to rip you off. However, Liberty Subaru completely shattered my expectations. When I first went into the dealership with my wife, I was looking to lease a new Crosstrek. Dan Rovelli was the salesmen helping me as soon as I walked into the building, allowing me to test drive a brand new Crosstrek. He was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions, and didn't sugar-coat anything. When it cam down to numbers, I was financially uncertain I could afford to lease a vehicle at the time but knew I wanted something. In their lot there was a perfect 2014 Certified Pre-owned Crosstrek that barley had any miles on it. It was perfect for my situation at the time. Dan was unfazed and helped me make a decision that was best for me and not for the dealership. Sure enough it was a quick handshake and off to Dave Finkel to sign off on the payments. Dave was also a pleasure dealing with, making my wife and myself feel at ease. The transaction was so simple, I was honestly confused. I couldn't believe how easy it was....to the point that I felt that I was missing something. This wasn't what I expected in my head. This so so much better. If you ever think about getting a new vehicle for yourself, whether it be new or pre-owned, you simply have to try Liberty Subaru in Emerson, New Jersey. Dan and Dave, it was a real pleasure having you both on my side and will definitely be back for our next vehicle. More
