My sales person, Dan Rovelli, was so very patient with me. I was there for SEVEN hours. He listened to all of my needs and wants and indecision about which car and offered advice and information. He was very knowledgeable and was very attentive to me regarding exactly what I was looking for without being one bit pushy to hurry up the process or to push me in the direction of a particular car. And Rob in finance was great too....took his time to explain everything thoroughly and helped me compare different ways for financing. I don't plan to buy another new car for a long time, because I know I will keep my Outback for 10 years, but I do highly recommend them! More
