Did not inspect my car. Missed oil leak, tire sensor damage and battery issue. They wanted to charge me $45 for the second time to clean my battery when they knew I needed a Missed oil leak, tire sensor damage and battery issue. They wanted to charge me $45 for the second time to clean my battery when they knew I needed a new one. I took my car to another Subaru dealer to get an honest inspection. Wakefield Subaru failed to tell me about issues because I was still under warranty and they didn’t want to pay for oil leak and sensor issue repairs. They talked to me as if I was dumb. Dismissed me with condescending attitude. Now I have to go thru the court system to make them honor my warranty. New ownership is horrible. I’ve owned Subarus since 2002. I haven’t had an issue until new ownership. This is the worst dealership. Buying a Lexus. More

Service experience was exceptional. My service rep, Dan Rzepnicki was very knowledgeable and took time with me to review the repairs and maintenance I would need to keep my car operatin My service rep, Dan Rzepnicki was very knowledgeable and took time with me to review the repairs and maintenance I would need to keep my car operating at an optimal level. My 11 year-old car is now running as good as it was when I bought it. Great job by the entire Subaru service team! More

Subaru Wakefield crew does a fantastic and thorough job anytime I go there for service. Always go above and beyond. It's too bad the people at the corporate offices for Subaru aren't as helpful. Dan from the service department took care of me. I was going in vacation and my check engine lights were on. He got me a loaner car and updated me what was wrong with my car while I was away.
