Dan explained what to expect when I brought my car in. At first, the main problem went undetected by diagnostic tests. Dan called me the next morning and told me that the problem was now showing up on the diagnostics and what was needed to fix it. We had a wonderful conversation regarding the cost and I was very satisfied with the outcome. I have worked with several of the front desk people in the service department and all of them are kind, considerate and friendly. More
