Christmas is over and I can finally write a few comments on my experience buying my 2023 Audi. Carlos was absolutely wonderful during our time at your dealership. He was very professional, very knowledgea on my experience buying my 2023 Audi. Carlos was absolutely wonderful during our time at your dealership. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, very willing to answer all of our questions and always very kind. I would recommend him to any of my friends who are interested in looking at an Audi. We had a slight noise coming from the back of the car and Carlos immediately got us an appointment with the service department. They fixed it and were all very nice. Carlos also secured a second key for us at his own expense. He was just so great and added his little touch of humor during our purchasing process. I know we can continue to count on Carlos and your service department for future concerns or services to our Audi. Thank you! More
