Son went in got information from Ricky but when me and my son went back in the information changed we were presented with an offer at 11.9% interest when asked if they could reduce the payment to fit my son son went back in the information changed we were presented with an offer at 11.9% interest when asked if they could reduce the payment to fit my son budget we were told the couldn't do anything more. At that time we said we were no longer interested in buying the car was to much of a payment. Ricky responded with I have someone else wanting the vehicle we still said no which at that point he called someone to tell them we were no longer interested in the vehicle. He told us to wait and came back with a much different offer of 8.9% and almost $100 lower this came across to me as a bait and switch because had we had not told them we were not interested in the car they would have never made the second offer. Where's the integrity and the trust. I will not return to that dealership we will get our car serviced at a different one even if it's out of our way. More

I had a mechanical issue that the pre-sale inspection missed and when I brought it to the dealer’s attention, they identified the issue and took responsibility for it. In the end the cost to repair the i missed and when I brought it to the dealer’s attention, they identified the issue and took responsibility for it. In the end the cost to repair the issue was more than the dealer or I was willing to pay so they reversed the sale, gave me all of my money back and wholesaled the car. We both wish the sale would have worked out but I am extremely happy with the way they took responsibility and I gained a lot of confidence in and respect for the company. More

We waited 1. 5 hours for the closing process. If they sell 70% of the cars on Saturday, why don’t they at least have some support staff to speed things up. Plus t 5 hours for the closing process.
