Our experience with Carlo was awesome! He has a lot of patience and not “pushy” at all. Eg, he wanted us to buy some additional stuff for the car, we said no and that was it! Every person we interacted patience and not “pushy” at all. Eg, he wanted us to buy some additional stuff for the car, we said no and that was it! Every person we interacted with at the dealership were very polite, even the GM’s dog stopped by to say “what’s up” ….🤣 We bought a 2018 Q5 from him a couple hours ago, got home decided to check the spare tire and tools and noticed the canister for inflating the spare tire was not in there. I know…. I should’ve checked before hand right? But nonetheless I called him to inform him about it and he said not to worry …..”just give me sometime and I’ll get one for you” he said! I know if it were some other dealership they would’ve given me the runaround. I’ll drop an update when the canister arrives! I will highly recommend Carlo for your next purchase especially if you send your wife by herself to go see the car first before you. I don’t know what he said to her but the moment she left the dealership her mind was made up and trust me my wife hates car shopping. Well, she’s happy so that’s all that matters!!
