Awful overall experience , very snobby dealership. Stopped by and they had a RS5 in Nardo gray , a pre owned one at that. They refused to test drive until numbers were agreed upon and asked me to sign a purchase agreement in order to test drive and also provide proof of insurance. Never in my life have I had to do this with any dealer test drive. Then they tried to stick me with $495 for some BS glass coat wax I did not ask for that was allegedly applied to the car , literally would have to have the paint corrected after purchase as it was full of swirls, if you ask my opinion nothing was applied to the car nor was it clear, Isabella the sales lady was nice but unable to fix the situation and secure the sale , her manager Dan yusko came over and was super rude basically said if you don’t like it too bad, not going to do anything for you. I cut my losses and just left after a bunch of time wasted. If you want to be treated like you can’t afford a vehicle and also implied your a con artist go here! . On top of this they made insulting remarks when I asked if they would take a cashiers check from chase , told me they would have to verify and put a hold on it because someone else scammed them, I even asked if they wanted to come with me to the bank and get it! . I have always paid with bank cashier checks and never had a issue with any other dealer let alone cars that cost 5x the amount. I went to TeamVW and purchased a brand new RS5 with zero issues whatsoever with a personal check to top it off!. Van the owner was a super nice guy also. Huge fail for Audi Hoffman estates and its snobby staff. Take a look at other review sites , I am not alone. More
