I took my car in to get a second key that was not available at the time I purchased my used car. I was offered a loaner car, but I decided to wait because the estimated time was an hour. After wait available at the time I purchased my used car. I was offered a loaner car, but I decided to wait because the estimated time was an hour. After waiting 2 hours, I asked about the status of my key. I was told by the service manager that he was told that I took a loaner car and it would be at least 30 more minutes. No apologies or any acknowledgement that something did not go right. I asked him to arrange for the loaner car. He made a call to someone. I waited another 20 minutes without a loaner car. I had to find Dan the used car manager to get a loaner car. I understand that things don't always go to plan or estimate, but the complete lack of communication or concern that things were not going to plan is unacceptable. More
