He called back immediately first thing Monday morning and he apologized for missing that and asked use if we can bring the vehicle back at our earliest convenience to do the service. I went back mid day Monday and the service team made me feel welcome and eventually completed the service promptly. I highly recommend shopping for cars here at Audi Hoffman Estates. More
