Based on that experience I went back to Steve again this week to purchase a 2016 Santa Fe Sport. He remembered my preferences from the previous sale and asked if I was in the same market. He was able to throughly explain the buying process again and showed me a breakdown of how my money was being spent. Furthermore he was able to find and obtain the vehicle in the color of my choice with the amenities I was searching for. Steve is a honest salesman (a hard find!) and will work diligently on seeing that mine and your requirements for purchasing a car are met. Super knowlegeable and by far one of the nicest car salesmen I have ever worked with! I will def be back and hope Big Joe is still there! You know how you get that feeling before you go into a dealership that here we go into battle and hate buying a car ! I don't get that at Springfield Hyundai or with Joe! Sure you haggle some that is expected but its just a little more pleasant here! Buy the way I have had nothing but good service dept experiences also! Anyway I will be back and I will pass the word!
