I have been a loyal Lexus customer for 20+ years and have always used Jim Hutson for service. This was my first time having Danil Weih as my customer service advisor. He was excellent! He took the time to te always used Jim Hutson for service. This was my first time having Danil Weih as my customer service advisor. He was excellent! He took the time to text, call and then followed up with some questions I had. I'm planning on using him again next week to service my daughters car. More

They were able to take my car in even though it was almost the end of the day. They got me a loaner which was great.
