Prior to pick up, with my permission, he contacted my insurance company for my policy change so it was a simple phone call to update my insurance. He made this experience so easy. Maria made our financial work simple and quick. Benjamin our IT specialist explained as much as I could comprehend out of the 10,000 options that the car has.
