Extremely disappointed with my experience at Volkswagen. I’ve been a loyal Audi and VW customer for 7 years, but this has been my worst experience by far. My 2025 ID.4 Pro AWD had serious electrical and software failures within three months, including the screen shutting off while driving and the car becoming completely unresponsive. It eventually had to be dragged out of my garage because it couldn’t be put into Neutral. The lack of communication, urgency, and support from the dealership and VW customer service has been incredibly frustrating. Unacceptable customer service for a vehicle with major safety issues.
