This was hands down one of the least painful purchases in my life! The exceptional customer service really makes the difference here! Shout out to the fella, Joaquin “Kino” Arroyos, who ensured I received a timely response during my late evening online inquiry & that everything was prepped for my appt that he scheduled w/in less than 24 hrs! Thank you especially to my sales rep, Jeremell Tyler, who went above & beyond selling a vehicle & even worked my sales tax & tinting in (when I wasn’t even sure if I was capable of making a pre-owned purchase). Thanks to my financial guy, Danny Howell, who made the most dreaded portion much more fun & not nearly as time consuming as I anticipated! This dealership is lucky to have these 3 fellas & I hope that all of my encounters remain this awesome! I’ve already been bragging to my friends/family & most definitely plan to repeat business in a few years! More

Disappointed and over charged It took two hours for an oil change and it cost $57.88. That is way too long and way too expensive! I also spoke with a couple of people about refinancing my Dad’s car. I was at first told there would be no problems and it would easily work. But once we got into details, the entire scenario changed. Nothing would be possible. I left the dealership totally disappointed and over charged. More
