Great experience with the sales, finance, and management team. Only issue was, upon purchasing my brand new 2019 highlander, we went to leave and the vehicle wouldn’t start. I think there should be policy team. Only issue was, upon purchasing my brand new 2019 highlander, we went to leave and the vehicle wouldn’t start. I think there should be policy change in that the vehicles are started on a regular basis to ensure the batteries and components don’t go bad. Had to take a loaner home on day of purchase. More
