Trade in value was very good and came to what I expected for my vehicle. I walked away feeling that I made an excellent purchase. Vito's ability to speak Spanish was also a great help. All members of this dealership are just super people. Very cordial and friendly staff. I actually sent them a friend who bought a Benz from them and she also found them to be pleasant to deal with. Will definitely recommend and buy my next MB from Mercedes of Natick !! Alex Zizza was very honest and knowledgeable...great person to deal with, he was the one to close the deal by giving me a reasonably good trade in-value. Francisco Robledo and Danny Kaboub were just the nicest guys....although I did not deal with them directly, they were always there when I visited to make sure I was being taken care of and helped. Coming from several years of Lexus vehicles, I arrived at the dealer with pretty high expectations, and Charles Scrymgeour exceeded them. He helped us figure out the right vehicle for us, and there was never any pressure. My past experience with car dealers is that you never hear from them again once you drive away in your new car. Charles has followed-up multiple times just to check in and ask how we like our new E450, and if we have any questions or concerns. When its time to replace the car, I'm going straight to Agent Charles! More
