I can't stop talking about SoJax I'm always nervous about getting my cars serviced because I worry someone will make a mistake and not take ownership for it. For this reason, I never take my car anywhere but SoJax. I've had all my work done at Subaru of Jacksonville for the past 2-3 years. When they finish my oil changes, I always ask if it's ok to stay and finish mine and my daughter's favorite book that we always read there. My daughter begs to go to Subaru when we pass by. They have great snacks, drinks, coffee and tea. It's clear to see they must be really organized because they always have time for me even though a service center is a busy, high volume environment with huge responsibilities. They always have a loaner for me. I've had major engine work done on my Subaru twice and if there's ever been a problem after I've left, they bring me right back in and it's taken care of quickly. They must have great management at this store because I always feel that the people I work with are generous with their time and effort, that they are respectful, and that they appreciate and care for each customer. These qualities start from the top. Thank you for creating a healthy and happy work environment for your employees and customers SoJax. There was a handprint-sized smudge of oil on the front of my hood. (It cleans off. Not the end of the world.) One of the two clips holding the oil filter door is gone. It was there before the service because I wanted to see for myself where the filter and drain plug were located. The oil level reads passed the max fill line on the dipstick after waiting the requisite time to check it according to the manual. All I ask if that my vehicle and property are handled respectfully when entrusted with you. Not off to a good start at all with this dealership, especially for the simple 6,000 mile service. I'm concerned what else might not go right when the maintenance schedule requires more work. More
