This may be long. We wanted a Cadillac, specifically a 2018 CT6. The Autobarn had exactly what we wanted. It had low miles (38K) and is in near mint condition, really beautiful car. Being out of state in Washington we decided to buy it without a test drive. Sadly after receiving delivery and driving it we discovered it had a transmission problem. and even though we purchased the extended warranty it wasn't covered duo to it being an existing problem. Cadillacs warranty had expired 11 days earlier, yet they said they would honor the warranty but we would have to pay $850 out of pocket. Marek the sales manager at Autobarn stepped up and offered to cover that cost. So that was some good news. The only problem was Cadillac (GMC) was not making that particular transmission and we would have to wait up to possibly 2 years for a replacement. With GMC refusing to install a rebuild or aftermarket part under their warranty program we were stuck. Our car was not drivable and sitting at the Cadillac dealership. My wife opened a complaint with Cadillac in Detroit, where they did offer to make the car payments while it just sat broken down. Meanwhile my wife kept in contact with Danny and Marek (the sales team at Autobarn) regarding our situation, who were always very sympathetic towards our dilemma. Meanwhile at the Cadillac dealer they had a change in leadership in the service department. Where the service manager actually located a used transmission in another state after we asked them to try and locate one. As rebuild kits aren't even available for that transmission at this time. This problem had been going on for over 4 months by now, and really the way used car laws are written Autobarn could have just washed their hands of our transaction. But they didn't, and Marek at autobarn stepped up in a big big way. He got the transmission purchased, shipped and installed at zero cost to myself. Autobarn payed around $5,000 out of pocket to make us whole. I can't say enough about the integrity of the entire staff and business practice of the Autobarn. They are what makes the American auto sales industry great. They have truly restored my faith in auto dealers. I would recommend the Autobarn to anyone looking for that auto dealer you can truly trust. (Because let's face it buying a car or truck, new, or used is for many of us is a large purchase) I would like to thank Marek and Danny personally, and the entire staff at the Autobarn!!! You all have by far made this the best experience I have ever had with an auto dealer buying a used car. Five Stars Sincerely N. Wilson More

Very friendly staff with excellent customer service! Dealership is very clean with some very cool cars on the showroom floor! I was greeted immediately after walking in and helped within seconds. My sales reps were Danny Moreno and Christopher Kelly. Danny was extremely easy to work with and very knowledgeable on the car I purchased. He responded to any text messages I had, even on his day off! I flew in from another state to pick up my vehicle, and he even offered to pick me up from the airport. Seriously top-notch customer service! Christopher was equally as helpful and got me started with the whole purchasing process. He answered any questions I had very promptly and helped me obtain a purchase agreement for my bank. When my bank failed to pull through with a loan, he recommended Lighstream, who approved my loan within hours and made the purchase possible! While in town to pick up my car, he even recommended a burger joint down the street since I felt like eating a burger, and his recommendation was perfect!
