Thanks to Danny we were able to confirm Ford has an extended warranty for our model that was equipped with the TCM transmission and they were able to fix everything in only a few days! More

Not going back I had purchased a 7-year 125,000 mile warranty for my car. It expired on a Saturday. I was still under 125,000 miles. My car was not driven over the w I had purchased a 7-year 125,000 mile warranty for my car. It expired on a Saturday. I was still under 125,000 miles. My car was not driven over the weekend. Monday my service engine light came on. I made an appointment and brought my car in. Told the service people about the recently expired warranty and asked if there was anything they could do. They did not try to do anything to help at all, not even offer a reduced rate for any of the work. The problem would have been covered by the warranty had it just occurred a few engine turns sooner. I took my car elsewhere for the service because I was so disgusted. I am confident I will not be a Ford customer again, and neither will my soon-to-be-driving teen boys. More

Older pickup: My pickup hadn't been driven over five years! Every time I left the house, my wife traveled with me. She had difficulty getting into and out of the My pickup hadn't been driven over five years! Every time I left the house, my wife traveled with me. She had difficulty getting into and out of the pickup, thus, we always used the car. The pickup is twenty two years old, and would not start. Wanting to utilize the pickup again, had it towed to Bill Utter and asked them to repair and inspect so I could register and put "ole Red" back on the road. That turned into a huge job, and took nearly a month! It's now on the road again ( like Willie Nelson song), and I had forgotten how much power that 4.6 Triton V8 had under the hood. Was quickly reminded, when I gave a little too much gas leaving a stop sign... Love the smell of burning rubber! They did a fabulous job. Pretty costly, but that's what happens when you let a vehicle set for a long period of time. Service advisor, Danny Morris, kept me informed through out the whole procedure. More

Not my usual experience I bought my 2012 Ford Expedition at Bill Utter, and have always serviced it at the dealership because of my great experiences. This last visit was com I bought my 2012 Ford Expedition at Bill Utter, and have always serviced it at the dealership because of my great experiences. This last visit was completely different (for the worse). Brought the car in for an inspection and recall service. Those went perfectly well. But, apparently the window tint that the dealership installed in 2012 is now too dark to pass inspection, so it had to be removed. Charged me $40 per window for the removal and clearly ALL they did was pull off the tint film. Left behind ALL of the glue/adhesive. Got the car home and the windows wouldn't even go down because the glue was sticking to the rubber trim. Called Danny and he offered to clean the windows if I brought the car back. Decided to save the time driving back and forth and waiting and just do it myself. AN HOUR LATER I finally finished getting all the glue off the two windows. This was ridiculous that I was charged for a service that left the windows in this condition - completely unusable and took a tremendous amount of effort and 5 rags to get the windows cleaned off. Danny is always perfectly nice and I enjoy working with this. This isn't on him - this is on the technician that did the work. I don't know who that was. More
