I decided on a 2019 Honda Civic EX. Hagerstown Honda has many to choose from and our salesman Will P was extremely knowledgeable about the car. I was actually impressed with his knowledge of the different civic models. He helped us find the perfect Civic and they basically met the price I was willing to pay. No games, no silly gimmicks, no high pressure Again I was impressed. Everything was well explained In regards to the warranty and warranty options by Darin F. Overall I have no complaints. We were treated well and I would recommend Hagerstown Honda. More

We decided that for us it was worth the farther drive to purchase from him at Hagerstown Honda. They set aside our Odyssey and we knew all of the details before we arrived. At the dealer we also met Blake who walked us through everything on the Odyssey. He, too, was great to deal with: always clear, friendly, and helpful. Kyle We purchased a new 2017 Honda Pilot at Hagerstown Honda. My wife and I were met at the door by Kyle Wilson on our first visit to the dealership. Kyle spent time asking about our needs and preferences. He did a wonderful job telling us about the car and we enjoyed the test drive. We had some very specific desires for exterior, interior, and options and wanted to take some time to do research. Kyle called us after a couple days to offer a car that was a 100% match with what we wanted. My wife and I are very pleased with the price and our car buying experience. Darin handled the financing paperwork and provided a good overview of available warranty and service plans. We appreciate the lack of high pressure sales techniques. This is the third new car that I've purchased at Hagerstown Honda. I will be shopping here again. Thanks. More

Tariq provided wonderful customer service and a sense of calm, composed understanding that anyone would like to have in that kind of pressure situation. Multiple members of the team came by to ensure I was comfortable and had all the information I required throughout my transaction. I was amazed by how, even though the dealership didn't have to vehicle color and trim I wanted on site, they quickly found it and worked to have it delivered. It came the next day!!!! When I told Tariq that I planned to give the car to my wife as a Christmas present they did everything they could to help me achieve this goal. Tariq even met me to deliver the car the night of Christmas Eve which allowed me to keep the surprise intact. What amazing customer service and dedication!!! I did not expect to purchase a car that night but everything went so smoothly during the purchase process and the financing team was able to match the best rates from my credit union. I couldn't be more thrilled with my buying experience and I would definitely recommend the guys at Hagerstown Honda. Unlike other dealerships I worked with, they did everything they could to get me what I needed. More
