Which was super refreshing, the team at Hagerstown Honda really are a team. Sadly, when we came back to make the purchase (the next day) John was out of the office , we would've loved to continue to work with him. However, Angelo made sure we were taken care of we test drove the vehicle we ended up purchasing with Brent he was very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining the technology of the car. Darin was extremely helpful in explaining the details of the financing and warranty information. Brandon was also a pleasure to deal with, he followed up with me regarding financing (Darin was out of the office the following day) and made sure everything we had discussed happened. I have had several questions pop up and noticed a small chip when washing the car, resulting in my stopping in a few times. I have been impressed that the guys have all been so helpful and patient with my questions and resolved all issues up to this point. I have not felt that I was a burden - which does make me feel that they are there for the customer not just the sale! Thanks so much Again!! Honest and Friendly There were numerous friendly faces there to greet us as we walked in. A gentleman named Tariq immediately asked how he could serve us on our visit. We expressed our interest in the Honda Odyssey and asked to see the models that were present in the lot. Without hesitation, he kindly obliged retrieving keys for the different models and offering test drives to us. We wanted a color option not available on their lot at the time. Tariq and the sales manager Brandon worked to get the exact model and color we wanted. Within 3 business days, we were driving away in the vehicle we wanted. The purchase process went well. They analyzed our financing option that we came with and offered to finance us to potentially save us money. Tariq and Brandon went above and beyond to meet our needs. They made our purchase easy and pleasurable! Would definitely recommend to family and friends. More

The salesman, John Williams, was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable of his products. The cars I rode in were super clean and comfortable. Both the Odyssey and Pilot had plenty of room! Soon, I was looking at cars for myself. I completed the lease of my '17 CVR yesterday and couldn't be happier! Everyone I met there had a smile and a friendly greeting for customers. No one pressured me or bothered me after I left the building. Once I made up my mind, all it took was a phone call to John to get the sale rolling. The finance department worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with my trade in and the cost of the lease. It was a wonderful experience all around! Thank you Hagerstown Honda!! More

We had spoken to him on the phone prior to our visit. He said he would have the Molten Lava Pearl CR-V that we wanted. He was true to his word and it was waiting for us to see when we arrived. We worked with John and Darin Fazenbaker to work out the deal. After we finished the paperwork, it was after they had "closed" for the evening. John still took the time to show us the features on our new CR-V. We would highly recommend Hagerstown Honda and our salesman, John and finance person, Darin to anyone looking for a new Honda!!!
