THE BEST car buying experience EVER!!!Emily literally THE BEST car buying experience EVER!!! Emily literally made what I began to think was impossible happen for me! When no other dealers across THE CO THE BEST car buying experience EVER!!! Emily literally made what I began to think was impossible happen for me! When no other dealers across THE COUNTRY even tried to get me a deal, Emily called me late in the afternoon, had a fantastic attitude and did everything she could to get me what I wanted and for a price I could afford. I was at the dealer in less than 2 hours signing papers for the EXACT car I wanted! The staff at the dealership could not be more hospitable, I loved THE ENTIRE experience!!! Thank you Emily for your hard work and everyone else at the dealer, Arthur, Darlene, Giles for being a part of my fantastic experience! I’m still in disbelief, writing this review while playing with the infotainment system of my brand new Acura :) More

My recent experience with Goodson Acura was incredible! I was blown away from start to finish. Given that I have several family members in the car industry, and have previously worked at a luxury dealership was blown away from start to finish. Given that I have several family members in the car industry, and have previously worked at a luxury dealership myself, I had incredibly high expectations. To say that all of my expectations were far exceeded would be an understatement. Arthur Dee was the primary reason I explored the idea to return to the dealership. He was incredibly available to both my husband and myself throughout the entire experience. He took care of everything personally and professionally. I’m so grateful for his personalization, generosity, attention to detail and willingness to accommodate the numerous requests we had along the way. Arthur was so thoughtful and arranged for delivery of the vehicle to take place at my office to further provide exceptional service to my husband and I as we were navigating a new baby and an ill family member who was hospitalized. Arthur was so thoughtful in that he would check in on my family and remembered details I didn’t even recall sharing- such an intentional business man! As for the finance department, Giles Wilson was efficient, kind, flexible, and incredibly personable. My time spent with Giles was also seamless and filled with professionalism. At the time of delivery, Whitney Belfer was very warm, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and beyond accommodating. She was more than willing to help me with the new car features and setting up things to help make the transition smooth. I enjoyed her as my sales consultant very much! While a majority of my time was spent with Arthur, who again, was phenomenal; I have also had several experiences with Darlene Lincoln and Bobby Carroll at this dealership as well. Darlene is such a ray of sunshine and makes initial interactions as well as experiences at the dealership excellent. As for Bobby, he has been an incredible force in our decision to return to Acura as well. He has helped to provide immeasurable service to myself and members of my family for many years. By far the best dealership I've every been too. Family owned and all the personnel are so friendly. I highly recommend this dealership. Service is always great. This was absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had. I purchased my RDX during the COVID pandemic. Everybody at Goodson was careful to wear masks and use sanitizer. I appreciated that since I ever had. I purchased my RDX during the COVID pandemic. Everybody at Goodson was careful to wear masks and use sanitizer. I appreciated that since I am in one of those vulnerable health groups. My sales consultant- Matt Farr- communicated both well and consistently throughout the entire process. He really impressed me when he advised me to reconsider some of the extras I was considering adding to my RDX. He took time to explain what each addon was and how they worked well (or not) together. He essentially was turning down money. Who does that? An honest person.. that's who! Matt was always friendly and educated me well on my SUV. He gave me his personal number and offered that I could call him with any questions at any time. His customer service was impeccable! I recommend Matt and Goodson with no reservations! More

Where is my Wheel Lock Key? I took my new RDX in for the first A1 service. I always write the numbers on my tires so I know the rotation pattern used each time. I did receive an I took my new RDX in for the first A1 service. I always write the numbers on my tires so I know the rotation pattern used each time. I did receive an oil change, however, the tires were not rotated. On my way home I stopped at Discount Tire and they attempted to rotate the tires but could not locate the wheel lock key. It has always been in the glove compartment on all my other vehicles and I had never even checked on this new vehicle, so I was very concerned that I may never have received the key. The next morning I must admit, I was very distressed. I called Goodson and Darlene answered the call. She was so patient, I was so upset. She remained calm, focused, kind, and caring in her tone. She said she had an MDX and that they put the wheel lock in the back with the spare. She walked me through how to find the spare with such a calm, caring, somewhat humorous attitude that I felt so joyous when it was indeed in with the spare. That call went from being the worst part of my day to the best part of my week by just speaking with Darlene. Words alone cannot do justice to her ability to provide a solution and deescalate a situation. More
