Never supplied any photos of my damaged computer. Supposedly something spilled through my cup holder. Hung on me when i asked questions. No real care. I called back 3 times. No answer!!!! I will make a claim now with my insurance company. i will sell my 2021 Kia Sorento ASAP! There are too many issues and money spent. i work VERY hard as a nurse. i walk so much i have.a stress fracture. Thank God there was a chair. Zero care to us hard working owners. More

Bad communication. My daughter brought my car in and had to pay. The service advisor offered her a service and didn’t tell her she had to pay.
