The car buying process was efficient, but also was rather rushed. We would have liked to have driven the car longer and had the opportunity to learn more about its features before being pushed into making a rushed. Someone without any experience or history with the Lexus product would likely have been turned off by that treatment. Had to wait an excessive amount of time to visit with the finance person, and it was not because he was busy as we could obviously see that he was not busy. More
