Very kind responses and answers from your team. My only negative is this... my wait was just under two hours and the inside waiting area along with the area outside smoking area were gross. I walked to the front of your store to take a phone call, while going to sit in a tan swivel chair, i pulled out 8 black coffee straws that were stuck down the side of the cushion. I made the decision to come to your dealership verses punta gorda. It was an overall good experience but your not getting your monies worth from your cleaning company. More
