Mohammed does not deserve his leader ship role in this dealership, he treated me like garbage, and would not work with me on my trade-in. I went to Wilsonville Toyota and they gave me what I wanted for my dealership, he treated me like garbage, and would not work with me on my trade-in. I went to Wilsonville Toyota and they gave me what I wanted for my trade-in. Unfortunately, I did not find the car that I wanted, I wanted a AWD Camry, and I settled for a FWD Camry with less options. Gladstone had the one I wanted. Very disappointing. The manager at Gladstone Toyota, “Darren” told me he would help me out in the future and I hope he takes me up on that. I would’ve much rather dealt with Gladstone Toyota. They are my new go to since Wilsonville Toyota switched owners. To this day, I wish Gladstone would approached my trade in differently. More

They offer “Express Car Buying” that is 100% online through their website. I picked out a Toyota Tacoma, that was dealer discounted, and followed the instructions to buy it online. After I was hooked, I received a call from a sales person letting me know that the dealer discount expired 3 weeks ago, but they have the exact truck and I would have to pay $3,000 more. The sales person tried using the excuse that they don’t update the inventory on their website frequently. Such a poor excuse for a major dealership and not acceptable. They refused to honor the price, which is unacceptable for good management that runs a tight ship. Clearly, mistakes are common and they would be out of business if they had to fix them all. Either it is lousy management full of mistakes, or they are using false advertising to sell cars. Whichever the case, it is not professional. More
