painful traded in my car for a 2016 pickup, no problem. was moving back to Texas in a couple of weeks, so wanted truck titled in Texas. Between the dealership traded in my car for a 2016 pickup, no problem. was moving back to Texas in a couple of weeks, so wanted truck titled in Texas. Between the dealership and AZ dmv they can't seem to get my title right, This is not my problem, it is the dealership, AZ dmv's problem to get correct information to Texas. 3 months later and I don't have my truck registered because we are in a he said she said finger pointing blame game. Acura of Peoria and Arizona both are terrible places, never again. More

He, and the entire personnel of Acura We Leased our TLX Acura 3.5 V6 on 4/10/2017.. "Darren Maus", was an outstanding sales professional... He, and the entire personnel of Acura of Peoria, provided to us a superior customer service . From Darren Maus our Salesman, to Paul Brown the Sales Manager, to Ben Quail the General Sales Manager, to Ray Garcia in the financing, everyone was very kind and accommodating. We never expected that we would have be treated so well. For instance, John Lozano, another Salesman, went on his own and picked up a pizza for me and my wife since we had no lunch.... We spend most of our time with Darren Maus, who in the end, did an exceptional delivery of the car to us. This car had many new technological and electronic functions. Darren Maus explained everything to us and answered all our questions. We really enjoyed immensely leasing our new car from "Acura of Peoria". Best in the Valley Our last 3 cars in Chicago were Acura's and we had a great relationship with our dealer/salesman. We were concerned we would have trial and error fin Our last 3 cars in Chicago were Acura's and we had a great relationship with our dealer/salesman. We were concerned we would have trial and error finding a new dealer after moving to Arizona. However, Darren Maus at Acura of Peoria made us feel like we have been doing business there for years. He guided us through our first car lease and was very patient with all of the questions we had. Eugene in leasing was equally professional and knowledgeable. Great prices and great service. He worked diligently to be sure we were happy with our purchase color and price. As a result, We recently purchased an Acura RDX and requested to wait until he returned from vacation, to make our purchase, so you can readily see, we still hold him in highest esteem as one of your sales reps!! Once again, he found the color RDX we requested and we LOVE the car and pleased we could once again work with Darren!! Paul Brown initiated our vehicle decision to purchase, on our first visit, but chose to wait for Darren before making the deal- also traded my 2004 RL, which was loved and well cared for, thus, never made your used car lot!! The staff at Acura was extremely helpful and friendly, and not once did I feel pressured to buy a vehicle from them. Darren, my salesperson, was extremely helpful and not once became discouraged by my demands in locating a vehicle with my specifications, although it was not available at that specific dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends/family looking to purchase a new vehicle, and would definitely go back for any vehicle purchases in the future. More
