This was my first car purchase and I had a lot of questions and anxiety surrounding choosing a car, financing the car, and all of the other steps in between. Bri fielded these questions as well as made me feel comfortable asking them. Another associate that was amazingly helpful in this process was Darren Nicholson. Darren helped with finance aspect of purchasing the car. He was thorough in explaining all of the add-ons and was realistic about their purpose and tailored how they would be most useful to me. With this being said, both individuals made me feel comfortable and never once did I feel pressured into any sale or add-on. They simply provided me with the information needed for me to make an informed decision. While we were waiting for our car to be detailed, he checked in with us several times and made sure things were moving along.
