I initially spoke to Jack - but he was not very responsive to my needs. I then called and spoke to Vin who did what I wanted - followed through and went above with sending me a video of the vehicle. I had decided not to go through NW Hills because I did not like the service - even thought I had bough here before - to go a see the vehicle and meet Vin. Vin was great. It was because of him that I bought - Bryan, his manager came over at one point and pushed about me buying the vehicle - and I did not appreciate it. Vin just stayed true to providing the answers to my questions - doing what I had asked and did a great job. I would recommend him again. I will say at one point I was going to pass - due to how I felt the bait and switch happened with receiving $2500 if bonus and then paying a higher interest rate than what the market was of 2.9 to a high of 3.9. I'm paying 4.9 and with having to keep for 3 or 4 months makes it so the vehicle is not new so I then would be in used car rates - so limiting refinancing of it. More

Never too far for a good experience We had many choices to buy our new GMC pickup. Four dealers within 20 miles and two other dealers closer than Northwest Hills. They had the best inventory availability for both Chevy and GMC. They were willing to put numbers on paper before we made the drive, then followed through with those numbers. The vehicle itself is great. New 2500HD SLE. Northwestw Hills arranged for custom steps, installed the gooseneck hitch and had everything ready when we arrived to pick up the truck. More

Outstanding from start to finish Id like to be completely honest after being dooped by a couple of dealerships I was skeptical about making the drive to these guys and now my biggest Id like to be completely honest after being dooped by a couple of dealerships I was skeptical about making the drive to these guys and now my biggest regret is not going to them sooner. From start to finish and from sales man to owner these guys are absolutely top notch. My salesman Vin dealt with my stubborn italian side for two weeks and didn't just send me on my way, he worked to make the deal happen. I live 2.5 hours away in New York and we had a little problem (which was caused on my part of not being prepared) and it was looking like I was going to have to make the trip again. But these guys came through and worked it out that I could leave with the car the same day. Everyone involved with the sale exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds and I cannot say thank you enough. What I can say is you have guys have made a customer for life and I wouldn't think twice about going anywhere else. The drive for me is well worth it to have to deal with them again and I will do it again in the future without hesitation. Even after the sale when there is no obligation to me anymore Vin is still keeping in close and quick contact regarding little details I thought of after the fact. Thank you guys again. More
