They stayed open late, because I work late hours, and walked me through everything without any pressure or a rush. Jeremy even agreed to send me a new part to replace a piece I wasn't happy with after I took the car home. I would highly recommend Jeremy and his team at northwest hills if you are looking for a fair and an honest purchase. More

Even though William worked the Jeep side of Northwest Hills dealership, he immediately went to the GM side and helped to facilitate finding a Colorado. William answered all my questions, walked me through the various settings, On Star setup and even helped to "pair" my phone. I sincerely hope William is still at Northwest Hills when we need to purchase our next vehicle. Darren was very efficient and completed the financial paperwork in record time while informing me of the many options available to me. I also dealt with Neal when buying our Jeep and he stepped in and did the financial paperwork to help out a very busy Darren. All went well and again, I hope this group is still available when our next purchase is due. I would also like to say that at some point both Sullivan brothers introduced themselves to us and at both times we had a very nice visit. These individuals know how to run a dealership(s). More

This is my third experience with this dealership, two of which were Jeeps through Bill Reudgen (picked up my Grand Cherokee today) and I have only good things to say. Bill is a pleasure to work with. He takes his time to make sure he's listening to what you need and then sees that you get it. I'm thrilled with my car, feel I was treated fairly and, while buying a car can be a pretty stressful thing, I managed to smile through the whole process. They're that nice. More

We got to a good agreed upon price without a long stretch of time passing. My salesperson was outstanding with reviewing the car options and making sure I was comfortable with the right vehicle selection along with all of the vehicles options. Great salesperson that listens to his customer. I have to say...the most noteworthy experience was how quick it was to get through the finance paperwork. I was in and out in ten minutes! Great job to their Finance Manager with keeping the process for the buyer extremely quick and easy. More

Highly recommend, it was the easiest transaction I've ever experienced with a dealership. Shopped 3 other dealers prior, but never felt positive enough about the experience to pull the trigger, Matt Dehler was great to work with, dealership was busy the Sat we shopped, but he made time for us, overall great experience.
