I had such a wonderful and smooth experience with Rallye BMW on Jericho turnpike in Westbury! Darren Thomsen is the best client advisor hands down !! He helped me a lot when buying my first brand new 2018 bmw as well as Hasan Barakat such a great manager! As soon as I went through the doors I was greeted professionally by the young gentlemen at the front desk. There was Darren who greeted me as well and approached me to help me with the dream car I was looking for!! Darren explained every car to me and as well as the prices and new features on every bmw model. He was very honest and well experienced with every car in inventory. I was treated like royalty the whole time and the process was very quick and smooth when buying the car ! I purchased on Saturday and went to pick up my brand new car by Wednesday! The day I picked up the car Darren was such a gentleman he treated me with so much respect and even bought me lunch!!! I just wanted to thank you so much for such wonderful royalty treatment !! Rallye Experience was in the market for a BMW and went to a few dealers in the area to start my search. The first dealer I went to in Bayside, the sales people seemed was in the market for a BMW and went to a few dealers in the area to start my search. The first dealer I went to in Bayside, the sales people seemed like they couldn't be bothered. Needless to say I wasted two hours of my time that I will never get back. They were very unprofessional. Second dealer I went to, was much further out from where I currently live. They certainly where no "Competition" as the name states. Staff was friendlier but they made me feel like I had to take the first car they offered. Not willing to show me other options because I gave them a budget I had in mind and had the audacity to say "well that's what you can afford". First of all to say that to a customer is ridiculous and very unprofessional. Yes I have a budget in mind, but that does not mean that if I see something I like, that I wont raise my budget to get it. They lost me as a customer. A few days later I called Rallye BMW and ask them what time they were open til and they told me 9PM. Asked if I can come in at 7PM and they said no problem. Met with Darren Thomsen and he was the most professional salesperson I have ever met. He was not pushy, demanding, and listened to exactly what I was looking for, He was prepared for my arrival as I had a car to trade, Did not waste any time going right to work on finding my car and appraising my trade in. I ended up buying the car from him and it was ready for my pickup a few days later. I cannot say enough about how well this transaction went and the way he treated us. He has since then made himself available via text, email etc.. even on his days off he will reply back to me with any questions I have about the car. If you are in the market for a BMW, I strongly suggest that you go to Rallye BMW and ask for Darren Thomsen. Hands down he is by far the best salesperson I have ever encountered and overall great person. More

Great service Purchased a new 2019 440I Gran Coupe. Unfortunately on the second day of ownership car had a mechanical failure. I switched over to Rallye motors last year after a very long time relationship with Freeport BMW was irreparablely damaged by Freeport BMW complete lack of customer care and outright substandard business practices. Since moving over to Rallye BMW, I have found their service to be exceptional and well beyond industry standards. They are always professional and always ready to be sure that I am happy with their service. Even in one instance where an innocent mistake did occur Rallye BMW stepped right up and fixed the problem immediately with no cost or aggravation to me. I will now be looking to buy my next BMW at Rallye. I believe in rewarding those who treat me fair and right. More
