My career in the automotive industry began 20 years ago, and I'm known for my reliability and hard work. I have the best customers who refer me to their family and friends time and time again. I am grateful for all of my clients, and I go above and beyond to exceed their expectations. Customers enjoy working with me because I am direct and easily accessible. Going to the beach is one of my favorite pastimes. Following the news is something I also enjoy; you could say that I am a newsie. BMW has given me the opportunity to see many places; I've traveled to Lake Louise in Banff, Canada, South Africa, and more. My wife and I own a hair salon in the Three Village area. We enjoy spending time with our dogs. I am a big fan of food and enjoy trying out new restaurants. Business development and social marketing are some of my skills. Service Rep Ky Wiggens was first rate I have owned almost 20 BMW cars over the years. My experience with Mr Wiggens was exceptional. I needed a quick oil change, and I got it. Getting ready for an overseas trip left me very busy and not much extra time. My BMW 340 X-Drive needed an oil change. I called Rallye and they set me up for the next day and told me the service would take 90 minutes.. I came in at the scheduled time. They took the car in and offered my wife and I complimentary cookies, bagels, water etc. Ninety minutes later I got a call on my cell phone telling me the car was ready. The service was done, fluids topped off and the car washed and vacuumed. What else could you ask? More

He was professional, courteous, and kind, made sure he remained in contact with me with updates on the status of the car I ordered, and made my car delivery experience an absolute breeze. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour or so the day I picked up my vehicle, which included a full training on the vehicle functionality from a member of the BMW Genius staff. Rallye BMW, and Darren, have made a lifetime client out of me. As long as I am a BMW driver, Rallye will be the dealership for me. More
