My career in the automotive industry began 20 years ago, and I'm known for my reliability and hard work. I have the best customers who refer me to their family and friends time and time again. I am grateful for all of my clients, and I go above and beyond to exceed their expectations. Customers enjoy working with me because I am direct and easily accessible. Going to the beach is one of my favorite pastimes. Following the news is something I also enjoy; you could say that I am a newsie. BMW has given me the opportunity to see many places; I've traveled to Lake Louise in Banff, Canada, South Africa, and more. My wife and I own a hair salon in the Three Village area. We enjoy spending time with our dogs. I am a big fan of food and enjoy trying out new restaurants. Business development and social marketing are some of my skills. Best Dealer Ever I’ve had many different make cars over the years, and had service at many different dealerships. By far, Rallye BMW has thus far been the best! never once dissapointed This is my 3rd BMW from Rallye and there has never been a problem with any of my cars prior, this time there was a brake issue on this one .... which This is my 3rd BMW from Rallye and there has never been a problem with any of my cars prior, this time there was a brake issue on this one .... which became a non issue within one day and the excellent attention they gave my concerns and the performance of my car. Gianni Marini was my service adviser and he could not be more on top of the car and informed me of every step of what was transpiring throughout the 2 days in was in for repair. The service team wasn't completely happy with the way the first attempt to solve the problem was, so they resurfaced all the rotors, all new brake pads.. car drives like the first day I purchased it a year ago. I have dealt with another BMW dealership out east and there is no comparison to the attention to detail and the professionalism that you experience at Rallye . I live 60 miles away from Rallye, pass 2 BMW dealerships on my way there and still will only deal with Darren Thompson in sales and the Rallye service dept. Once again extremely happy with this dealership .. Thank you all. More

Honest and great service Came to this dealership a couple months ago and would have written an opposite review until I met my salesman Darren. He was straight forward no back and forth with the price, told me what his best was right up front. His honesty had me lease a 2019 x3 the same day I saw it. I usually go a couple times before I get a car from a dealership but he was on point and made me sign there and then. My genius showing me the car after was excellent too, showed my wife and I everything the car had and was so patient. Highly recommend, hopefully the service is half as good More
