Bought a CPO car from Infinity of Gwinnett, the service was really bad. First they asked me to come early so that the car doesn't get sold , rushed to the place only to find out the car is still in washing was really bad. Second after sending twice for clean up, was found that detailing crew had done a very poor job on the work. More

The curtesy and friendliness upon arrival was the perfect beginning to our visit! Diego was attentive, listened to what we wanted, explained our options and found exactly what we wanted!! Jana then joined the conversation and brought in another person who helped answer all our questions thoroughly and completely. All was done without making us feel uninformed. Sam, the finance representative, completed his tasks quickly and with attention to every detail. We would definitely recommend the entire team to anyone looking for a car. The friendliness and competence of the dealership defies all the negative impressions of car dealers and made our entire experience a pleasure. Delighted we chose to stop!!!! More

Best experience at a dealership thus far.Ms. Jana Tahirovic is AMAZING. I stopped in with my father because I was looking to end my lease and hopefully purchase a vehicle with the knowing that my cre Tahirovic is AMAZING. I stopped in with my father because I was looking to end my lease and hopefully purchase a vehicle with the knowing that my credit score was not so great. Ms. Tahirovic welcomed us with a smile and immediately stared to work with the staff to try and get me the best deal possible. They were very honest and made this experience so much easier. I appreciate the service I received from Jana and Nasira, however for the 2nd consecutive purchase in a row from Infiniti when in the finance office the discussed and agreed upon terms were not honored and m however for the 2nd consecutive purchase in a row from Infiniti when in the finance office the discussed and agreed upon terms were not honored and my mileage was reduced by 3,000 miles per year. Seems as if this is a common practice, and and it lacks integrity. More
