My partner and I are very disappointed in the way we were treated by the salesman at this dealership. We had requested information online about a Maxima. Darwin Roots messaged me, so we went to see about pu treated by the salesman at this dealership. We had requested information online about a Maxima. Darwin Roots messaged me, so we went to see about purchasing this car. When we got there a very nice gentleman greated us and I asked for Mr. Roots because he was the salesman that reached out to me. We introduced ourselves and told him our situation. He crossed his arms and asked about our credit scores. We told him they were 600 or better. Then he asked if we had money to put a down payment on a car. I said yes about 1000.00. He said he couldn't help us get a car unless we had at least 3000.00 down. Darwin Roots was unprofessional. He was not willing to run our credit or even show us a vehicle. We left Nissan and went to Bill Penny Toyota. On arrival at Toyota, we were greated by a gentleman and we told him the same thing we told Darwin Roots at Nissan. We are now owners of a new 2022 Toyota with a 1000.00 down and a payment we can afford. I am so disappointed that Darwin Roots would not work with us, because Nissan was our first choice. More
