It helped that I knew what I wanted headed in to the store. Pricing was absolutely fair (I did plenty of research about incentives and compared MSRP within trim levels at 4 other dealers) and transparent. Mike is a good guy. It was a low pressure sales process, which I appreciated. He had some flexibility within the trim level (XLE-gasoline engine) to make me happy. BTW: The car is great. The RAV4 is economical to commute with and has enough room for golf clubs and luggage. Rides nice and the safety features are a HUGE plus. They really are. I have not used the service department yet for this car, but, we have in the past with our other RAV4 (2010). They recently upgraded the whole service department and I would rate them tops amongst other dealership service departments I have used over the years. More
