Overall I'm pretty pleased. Daryl and George were fun, friendly and hospitable. Both made sure we had everything we needed. Walked away with a good deal on a nice car. Just wished they would've been a little more flexible with the price as it went up substantially over the four days we were considering buying. They didn't budge. That's why I didn't give my experience a 5 - but I don't hand those out easily. More

I am very disappointed with Russ Darrow Honda. I was contacted by Daryl this morning at 9:36 am to see a car on their website. I made an appointment for noon to test drive the car. Daryl said t I was contacted by Daryl this morning at 9:36 am to see a car on their website. I made an appointment for noon to test drive the car. Daryl said they would have it ready for me. I called at 11:05 am to verify the car was available and ready... I was put on hold and then had to get a call back. The car was no longer there (sold yesterday...). Daryl sent me a link with available cars and the one I was interested in is still on the site. This is not a good business practice. I am very glad I did not make the hour drive in the snow to be extremely disappointed. Fool me once... More

Daryl was amazing through this whole process. My husband and I went to Russ Darrow Honda because I was in need of a new car since mine was totaled. Daryl was patient with me and understood that I was able to get a car on our first visit. I never felt pressured or forced into anything. Then when we came back to purchase the car, Daryl made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions and made the process so seamless and quick. Looking forward to working with them in the future for all my car needs. More
